Zirconium IV neoalkanolato, tris(diisooctyl-phosphato-O) is a specialized organometallic compound used as a zirconate coupling agent. It features a central zirconium atom in the +4 oxidation state, coordinated with neoalkanolato ligands, which are deprotonated forms of highly branched alcohols, and tris(diisooctyl-phosphato) ligands, where each phosphate group is bonded to the zirconium through an oxygen atom and has two isooctyl groups attached.
